3. Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances—including (but not limited to) unopened items, dissatisfaction, mistaken orders, or wrong sizes.

Velvet Fox does not manufacture the products we sell and is not liable for defects, design flaws, or functional issues.

· We do not process warranty claims ourselves, but we’re happy to help forward your request.

For shipping damage, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence. We’ll help you initiate a claim with the courier. Replacements may be offered if required by law.
